The MAXIMUS cultivation and meadow rollers are hydraulically folded and pulled by modern machines, in which we use the following working elements:
• Cambridge rings with a diameter of 500, 530, 600 mm, they are primarily intended for pre- and post-sowing cultivation
• Zig-zag rings with a diameter of 530 mm intended for pre-sowing cultivation and crushing of clods in fields and grasslands
These rollers are folded into the working position by means of hydraulics. The rollers can also be successfully used for post-harvest cultivation in order to accelerate the decomposition of straw and post-harvest residues and the germination of seeds, including weed seeds. These machines are also used on grasslands.
Cultivation roller MAXIMUS
The MAXIMUS cultivation roller is unfolded by means of 4 or 6 hydraulic cylinders, which contributes to the comfort of operation and the lack of the need for the operator to get out of the tractor cabin. The simplicity of the construction of the machine excludes its susceptibility to loads thanks to a solid frame.
All EXPOM rollers have an optional European approval, which entitles them to move on roads throughout Europe. Our trailed, hydraulically folded cultivation rollers are subject to approval. To meet all the conditions, our machines have been equipped with a number of certified and safety-tested elements. Simple single-point hitch, drawbar, braked axle, brake, sharp working elements on the edges of the transport width have been secured and have passed all tests.

ZIG-ZAG Ø530 mm

Intended for cultivation before and after sowing. Leveling the field and breaking lumps, improving the contact of seeds with soil, which significantly affects the uniformity of emergence, retaining moisture, reducing soil erosion, improving soil structure. The rollers can also be successfully used for post-harvest cultivation in order to accelerate the decomposition of straw and post-harvest residues and the germination of seeds, including weed seeds. They are also used on grasslands.
ZIG-ZAG Ø530 mm
Intended for pre-sowing cultivation. The main advantage of the conical rings used in cultivation is that the fine compacted soil is underneath, loosened, lumpy on top. The roller is ideal for grassland care because during operation it does not damage plants and does not destroy sown seeds. During turning, the shaft self-cleans itself very well due to the transverse movement of the rings relative to each other. Improving the soil structure, leveling the field and breaking up clods, the zig-zag is made for it.
