WICHER pre-sowing cultivator is a modern tillage machine available in working widths from 3 to 4 meters. The work of this aggregate can be divided into five stages:

1 – Loosening the tracks (ruts left by the tractor) with spring-loaded looseners.

2 – Crushing with nine string front rollers. The front and rear string rollers support the entire unit and are mounted on bearing units.

3 – Soil loosening: reinforced tines of the cultivator type, finished with the so-called 180 mm wide goosefoot.

4 – Fragmentation and leveling: in this stage, the main role is played by the rear string roller and the leveling bar placed directly behind it. The roller breaks up clods and lumps providing a very good lumpy structure.

5 – Consolidation – secondary compaction and final preparation of the soil for sowing is performed by a pin roller with a diameter of 370 mm.

Depth adjustment is made easily by means of hydraulic cylinders.

HYDRAULIC DEPTH ADJUSTMENT

As a standard, the cultivator has a hydraulic depth adjustment on carriages of spring tines. This regulates the working depth of the entire machine. Hydraulic cylinders do not seize up like turnbuckles for adjustment, plus it facilitates the work of the tractor operator from the machine cabin, which significantly improves the comfort of using the WICHER cultivator.

DOUBLE STRING ROLLER INSTEAD OF COMBINATION WITH PIN ROLLER

As a standard, WICHER, behind the mounted trolleys with working elements and a leveling board, has rear rollers, double, in a string combination, and directly behind it a pin roller. Optionally, instead of the pin roller, the machine can be equipped with an additional rear string roller, creating a double string section.

JACKPOT 32X12 mm

Straight tooth 32×12 mm JACKPOT instead of goose feet. The tine is equipped with a reversible share. The tine design allows you to cultivate the top layer without pulling moist soil to the surface.
