FLEX is designed for inter-row cultivation (shaking the soil crust) and weed control in corn, sunflower and sugar beet crops.

The inter-row cultivators have variable adjustable sections to respond to current soil conditions and crop yields. The working units create pressure on the support wheel and maintain the precise working path of each section.

Inter-row cultivator is universal and can be used in many other crops. Use allows you to effectively reduce the number of trips and the need for water – 1 weeding is worth as much as 2 irrigation…

The inter-row cultivator with vibrating tines of the protective discs allows you to work on the maximum possible area between the rows, while maintaining high working speed. The design of the machine ensures high accuracy of work both above and below the work surface. Each module is a separate cultivation unit with its own depth adjustment wheel and suspension with two transverse wishbones. Thanks to this, the modules always work at the correct depth.

CARE OF CORN WITH THE EFFECT OF INCREASING YIELD

If you are considering increasing the intensity of your corn crop, inter-row cultivation is an operation that should be part of your agricultural practices. The use of a weeder significantly increases the viability of the crop. Corn needs warm temperature, air and water to grow. The use of a hoe positively affects the increase in soil aeration, because it “shallowly breaks” the soil crust, which, when compacted, causes great problems, especially after heavy rain and especially on soils prone to crust formation.

FLEX WITH PRECISION CAM GUIDANCE SYSTEM

FLEX can be equipped with a scanning optical CAM system for crop monitoring. The camera monitors the rows, assesses the crop, and then feeds the information to the electronics, which communicates with the section control hydraulics. It guides the weeder in such a way as to ensure precise work of working teams in rows between crops. When scanning in the field with the CAM system, the frame adapts the sections to the inter-rows.

APV/SLY FERTILIZING KIT

Each machine can be equipped with an appropriate fertilization system, whether for liquid fertilizer or granules, with a tank mounted on the front of the tractor, which significantly reduces fuel consumption and reduces travel. Optional accessories allow fertilization with granulate from a rotating disc or a pneumatic system directly to the weeding tine, for the SLY system, dosing in a liquid form via wires directly to the weeding tine, 1000 – 2000 liter tank mounted on the front of the tractor.
