REX 560 disc harrows are used to undercut and mix stubble and post-harvest residues. High work efficiency with relatively low power demand.
The machine is optimally suited for shallow stubble cultivation to stimulate volunteer germination, break capillarity and prepare for sowing. Mix in – even difficult – harvest residues without clogging the machine. Problem-free mixing of organic fertilizers, i.e. manure, slurry, soil fertilization. The machine leaves behind finely compacted soil with the best conditions for plant emergence. Two rows of discs with a diameter of Ø560 mm allow you to effectively cut and mix plant residues. TRANSPORT WHEELS
Located between the last section of the discs and the shaft, it improves the stability of the machine during transport and eliminates vibrations at work.
TOOTHED DISCS
REX has in its assortment a toothed disc Ø560 mm, 4 mm thick, solidly mounted on a maintenance-free hub, attached individually to the leg. This, in turn, is mounted on a frame with a triangular rubber protection. This guarantees solid protection for years.
MULTI-STOP
Versatility of work at the selected working depth is guaranteed by the multi-stop adjustment, optionally the machine can be equipped with hydraulic adjustment, which increases the functionality of the machine and the lack of the need to leave the tractor cabin.
HYDRAULIC LOCK DURING TRANSPORT
EXPOM ensures safety in its machines by using a hydraulic transport lock. No need to leave the cab, all hydraulics.

Constructed of closed, pair-welded steel plates with toothed working edges. Adjustable scrapers are mounted between the discs. The roller shreds the soil very well and compacts it to a great depth thanks to the high weight and narrow working edges of the discs. Cuts clods and crushes clods, pushes stones deep into the soil. When cultivating stubble, the crop residues are well mixed with the soil. Thanks to the smooth surface, the shaft does not tend to stick.
C-RING TANDEM Ø580 mm
The use of a double shaft will affect not only better seasoning, but also the stability of the machine. It is designed for the cultivation of heavy, lumpy soil as well as medium-class soils. Sharp edges are responsible for very good soil crumbling. The rings on the roller axis have grooves that fill the ground while driving, causing ground-to-ground work in the field. C-RING prepares the field for sowing very well, creates grooves (belts) for better water soaking. The roller in the tandem version causes better crumbling and compaction of the soil, it is very well suited for “holding” the working depth in large and heavy machines.
V-RING/T-RING Ø600 mm
V/T shape ring construction with adjustable scrapers. This roller is used on lumpy soils and soils with a tendency to dry out quickly. Thanks to the use of the roof roller, the clods are fragmented, and the ring construction of the roller compacts the roller in strips, significantly affecting the better soaking of the soil.
