The AJAX TRIO stubble cultivator is designed for post-harvest and no-till soil cultivation.
The large clearance prevents the machine from clogging, and the arrangement of the tines in three rows ensures that the harvest residues are well mixed. This type of cultivation retains moisture in the soil, provokes the germination of weed seeds and accelerates the decomposition of crop residues. The protection of the teeth can be pin or spring (double spring). Discs mounted on flat springs perfectly crumble and break up clods of soil. Optionally, the grubber can be equipped with a Ø600 mm V-RING shaft. The tines are finished with coulters with the so-called wings, where work is recommended at a depth of 15-20 cm, and after removing the wings, it increases to max. 35 cm.
HYDRAULIC ADJUSTMENT OF WORKING DEPTH
Extra, work comfort is guaranteed by hydraulic adjustment of the working depth on the roller. Precise work and no need to leave the tractor cabin – AJAX TRIO.
TOOTH PROTECTION
The AJAX TRIO stubble cultivator can be equipped with pin or spring protection, double spring – increases the excitation force of the spring system, thanks to which it works well on stony fields and clayey.
4-meter VERSION
AJAX TRIO in the 4-meter version is hydraulically folded, the sides of the frame are folded inwards, while maintaining the ideal transport width for roads.
DISC BAR ON FLAT SPRINGS
Thanks to the spring damping, the discs react to the resistance of larger stones in the soil. In addition, the adjustment of the working depth of the discs based on the crank mechanism on both extreme sides of the beam greatly facilitates the correct setting of the machine.
TOOTH END REINFORCED WITH SINTERED CARBIDE
Optionally equip the tooth tips with sintered carbide, which is a wear-resistant material, which allows for exceptional durability of the agricultural equipment in which it is used. The bodies are flow-optimized, ensuring the best possible soil flow in demanding soils. Wear-resistant plates made of tungsten carbide are attached to the bodies by soldering.

V/T shape ring construction with adjustable scrapers. This roller is used on lumpy soils and soils with a tendency to dry out quickly. Thanks to the use of the roof roller, the clods are fragmented, and the ring construction of the roller compacts the roller in strips, significantly affecting the better soaking of the soil.
