REX 510 disc harrows are used to undercut and mix stubble and post-harvest residues.
The machine is optimally suited for shallow stubble cultivation to stimulate volunteer germination, break capillarity and prepare for sowing. The machine leaves behind fine, compacted soil with the best conditions for plant emergence. Two rows of discs with a diameter of Ø510 mm allow you to effectively cut and mix plant residues. Ø540 mm tubular roller as standard and optional Ø600 mm V-RING roller. In addition, the machine can be equipped with a front cutting roller Ø380 mm. All this can be used in the hydrolift system that allows the front sections of the unit to work individually. The wide range of applications of this machine make it indispensable on the farm.
TOOTHED DISCS
REX has in its assortment a toothed disc Ø510 mm, 4 mm thick, solidly mounted on a maintenance-free hub, attached individually to the leg. This, in turn, is mounted on a frame with a triangular rubber protection. This guarantees solid protection for years.
FRONT CUTTER
Cutting straw and intensive crushing of maize and rape residues as well as green mass of catch crops, combating cornflower? equip the machine with a front cutting roller hydraulically adjustable, adding the hydrolift system to it, you can work with both the cutting roller and the entire machine
FLEXIBILITY OF WORK
Optionally, the disc aggregate equipped with the hydrolift system enables the operation of all sections of the machine, as well as only the front cutting shaft.

V/T shape ring construction with adjustable scrapers. This roller is used on lumpy soils and soils with a tendency to dry out quickly. Thanks to the use of the roof roller, the clods are fragmented, and the ring construction of the roller compacts the roller in strips, significantly affecting the better soaking of the soil.
